Balancing financial incentives during COVID-19: a comparison of provider payment adjustments across 20 countries

The article reviews the COVID-19-related adjustments in provider payment mechanisms in the context of hospitals and healthcare professionals across 20 countries. It is concluded that when it came to the financial risks, public payers ended up assuming most of it.
